
Wourkouts consist of full body strength exercises and mobility exercises.
Why is this group workout unique? Because we workout in small group of maximal 8 persons. Consequently exercises can be customized for each participant regarding her or his goals or limitations.
The class can be great addition to winter bike workouts on spinners. Endurance exercise is great for cardio-respiratory system and strength exercises for functional and pain free body.
Schedule:
• Moday: 6:30-7:30 and 19:00-20:00
• Wednesday: 18:00-19:00
• Friday: 6:30-7:30
• Sunday: 16:00-17:00

• 1x/week: 30 €/month
• 2x/week: 50 €/month
• 3x/week: 65 €/month
• 4x/week: 75 €/month
