INVOICE
All necessary payment details will be sent to your email address as soon as you correctly fill out the registration form. You will recieve the invoice at your email address upon payment confirmation.
CANCELLATION
| Cancellation until May 15, 2025 | Refund of 70% of the registration fee, transfer to the next year, or transfer to another person. |
| Cancellation from May 16, 2025 to June 8, 2025 | Only transfer of the registration fee to the next year or transfer to another person is possible. |
| Cancellation from June 9, 2025 | Only removal from the strat list is possible. |
SPECIAL NOTICE
The organizer guarantees an initial package with a gift to all participants who register on time. Registration is considered timely if payment is made at least 5 days before the marathon!
In addition, all participants will have access to food and drinks at refreshment stations along the route, as well as a medal and lunch at the finish line.
If the number of participants exceeds expectations, and there is a high number of registrations in the last five days, priority for the initial packages will be given to those who registered on time. Initial packages are not guaranteed for registrations on the day of the event.
If the number of medals is less than the number of participants, additional medals will be ordered. Medals will be available to participants at the event’s headquarters on Ulica gledališča BTC 10, 1000 Ljubljana.
