The personal data we collect is name, surname and e-mail address, and in some cases it can only be an e-mail address. When registering for a marathon, we collect name, surname, gender, year of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone, payment information and the club you come from, while collecting a tax number, name of the responsible person, telephone, e-mail address and name of the team. When ordering our products, we collect the data we need to execute the order.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Personal information (name, surname, year of birth) of an individual participant is also published at the end of the event on our website on the results and overview page of applications and on the website of the timingljubljana.si that performs the timekeeping. This information can also be displayed if the cyclist fills out the form on the commemorative diploma in pdf format.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By using cookies, you agree to their use for the purpose of analyzing the user’s path on the website: where the user came from to the website (source of traffic), to monitor the stay on the website, which websites he visited, what content he downloaded or viewed, and to monitor and personalize advertising.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Apart from the aforementioned data, the controller will be able to collect data on the address of the website on which the consent was given, as well as the IP address of the individual when giving consent and the time of consent, etc. For the purpose of monitoring cancellations and processing restrictions, we will collect the date of cancellation or restriction of processing, as well as e-mails informing us about the cancellation, change of data, etc.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We keep the personal data you provided to us when subscribing to the newsletter until we receive an unsubscribe request, which automatically means withdrawal of consent. After unsubscribing or withdrawing consent or after the expiration of the contractual relationship, the data may remain stored in the controller’s collection for another five years.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw your consent, the right to access data concerning you, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to restrict processing, the right to be forgotten or delete all data, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the right to data portability.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You have the right, at your own request and free of charge, to receive information about which personal data we have stored about you. Furthermore, you have the right to request correction, erasure or prohibition of the use of incorrect data. Under certain circumstances, the deletion of data may be contrary to legal regulations, especially if the data are intended for accounting purposes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
