LUV Fest, the festival of love, art and wandering, transforms the city\u2019s streets and squares into an open-air gallery in February and March, while cultural institutions and creative venues host countless artistic, musical and dance performances, creative workshops, and guided experiences inspired by the theme of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spring brings nature back to life and invites people outdoors.
