Marathon Franja BTC City has been a proud member of the Alpe Adria Tour for 17 years, which includes five marathons across the regions of Italy, Austria, and Slovenia.
In 2026, one more marathon — the Verona Granfondo Luca Avesani — will be added to the Alpe Adria Tour overall ranking, joining the existing ones: Corsa per Haiti Cividale del Friuli, Kärnten Rad-Marathon Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gran Fondo Città di Schio, Marathon Franja BTC City Ljubljana, and Gran Fondo dei Templari Pordenone.
Thus, Marathon Franja BTC City continues to remain part of this regional network and the prestigious Gran Fondo series.
