INVOICE
All necessary payment details will be sent to your email address as soon as you correctly fill out the registration form. You will receive the invoice at your email address upon payment confirmation.
CANCELLATION
| Cancellation until May 15, 2025 | Refund of 70% of the registration fee, transfer to the next year, or transfer to another person. |
| Cancellation from May 16, 2025, to June 8, 2025 | Only transfer of the registration fee to the next year or transfer to another person is possible. |
| Cancellation from June 9, 2025 | Only removal from the start list is possible. |
SPECIAL NOTICE
The organizer provides all timely registered participants with an initial package with a gift. Registering on time means that registration fee is paid no later than 5 days before the marathon!
In addition, food and drinks at refreshment stations along the track, as well as a medal and lunch at the finish line will be available to all participants.
If the number of participants is greater than expected and there are a large number of applicants in the last five days, preference for the initial packages is given to those who applied on time. We do not provide initial packages for applications on start day.
The medal is received upon return of the chip carrier for electronic timing at the finish line.
If the number of medals is less than the number of performers, they will be ordered additionally. Medals are subsequently available to participants of the event at the headquarters of the association at the Ulica gledališča BTC 10, 1000 Ljubljana.
